We only collect information strictly necessary to evaluate the commercial viability of your project and to contact you:

  • Contact data: Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and Instagram username.
  • Business information: Type of product or service, main marketing challenges, estimated investment budget range, and strategic delegation goals.
  • Technical browsing data: Basic browsing information (IP address, browser type, and device) collected anonymously to ensure the site’s technical performance.

2. Purpose & legal basis

We process your personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Project evaluation (Strategic Diagnosis): Analyze the current state of your business to determine whether our accompaniment programs or services (Meta Ads, Content, Branding, or Editing) fit your needs.
  • Direct contact: Respond to your diagnosis request by email or WhatsApp.
  • Legal basis: Processing is based on your explicit consent when accepting this policy before submitting the diagnosis form, or on legitimate interest to answer your pre-contract enquiry.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics)

Our website uses tracking and storage technologies (cookies and pixels) to analyze user behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize navigation. These tools include:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): Lets us measure Meta Ads campaign performance, understand user actions on our site, and show relevant ads on Meta platforms to potentially interested audiences.
  • Google Analytics: Collects anonymous information about traffic and browsing patterns (such as most-visited pages or time on site) to help us improve content and technical usability.

4. No sale or transfer to third parties

AdSocial does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal data to any company or third party under any circumstance. Your information remains strictly confidential and is used only for the direct professional relationship between you and AdSocial.

5. Retention & storage

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected (project evaluation and commercial follow-up) or as required by applicable legal obligations. If no commercial relationship follows the evaluation, you may request immediate deletion of your records from our databases.

6. Data-protection rights (international rules)

Regardless of your place of residence (European Union, United States, Chile, or Latin America), you have the right to exercise full control over your personal data:

  • Access and rectification: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask for correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure / deletion (“right to be forgotten”): Request total deletion of your personal data from our records.
  • Objection and restriction: Object to processing of your data or restrict the scope of its use.
  • Non-discrimination (US – CCPA/CPRA): You will not receive discriminatory treatment or a change in service quality for exercising your privacy rights.

Our website contains links to our social networks (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) or external platforms. AdSocial is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each platform you visit.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes, international regulations, or improvements to the site architecture. Any update will be available on this same page with the corresponding revision date.
